This villa is located in the heart of Nueva Andalucia, and only a few minutes' drive to Puerto Banus and the town of Marbella.
When entering the villa, you will be greeted by a 400-year-old olive tree. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Two bedrooms are located directly to the right of the entrance and as you continue through the hallway another bedroom with an en suite bathroom is located left of the entrance.
The living area is open plan, dining area, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room, kitchen, and recreational area are one level down.
From the kitchen area, there is direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool area.
The master bedroom is spacious with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet with views of the pool area. Another bedroom with en suite bathroom is located in the basement area with direct access to the pool area.
The outside terrace has lounge seating where you can relax and enjoy evening meals and cocktails.
The pool can be heated during the low season (October – May) at an additional weekly cost. There are various sunbeds for sunbathing around the pool and jacuzzi.
The property is located within a residential area and only a short walk to the local shops and cafes.
