- The loggia/veranda by the pool is perfect for dining al fresco, equipped with a wood-burning pizza oven, BBQ, and a commercial-grade kitchen.

A separate garden building serves as a central gathering area for guests, featuring a spacious dining and sitting area and a kitchen used for breakfast service. The villa is designed with modern amenities, offering ample space for socializing and unwinding.

- Porter service on arrival (4:00 pm – 8:00 pm) and departure (8:00 am – 10:00 am).
- Daily pool and garden maintenance.
- Shuttle service to Massa Lubrense main square from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (Sundays 8:00 am – 12:00 pm).
