Villa Onda consists of a main building, 700 m2 at the ground floor and upper level, three guesthouses of 45 m2 each at top upper level and three extra guest rooms of 25 m2 at entrance level as well as a large gym and spa area of 100 m2 and outdoor shaded areas of over 400 m2. Plot area in total is 3.000 sq. meters.
The main villa has 10 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and there are 7 large guest rooms with individual entrances.
2 bedrooms with double king size beds, smart TV’s, ensuite bathrooms and spacious wardrobes are located on the entrance level. Guests have easy access to the outdoor area via balcony doors. Other features of the entrance level includes a large living room with TV, direct access via the balcony doors, indoor dining room that can accommodate 12 guests and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests also benefit from a bluetooth connectivity sound system.
A further 7 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with double beds, smart TV and ensuite bathrooms with shower. One further bedroom features singe beds but can can be configured as double and also has ensuite bathroom. The 9th bedroom on this level has double bed with ensuite. Six bedrooms have pool views and 3 have garden views. There is also a spacious playroom with large corner sofa, smart TV, refrigerator and is also equipped with a large table-football.
3 master guest suites are located on the top upper level and offer 40sqm of living space, each with double king size bed, smart TC, kitchenette and ensuite shower rooms. These bedrooms have access via doors to balcony from there you can sit and enjoy the panoramic views overlooking Kalo Livadi and Kalafatis beach.

The large gym is equipped with 2 treadmills, 1 bicycle, 1 multi-function machine for full body workout for strength and fitness, TRX, weights, balls, kettlebells, mats and other useful gym equipment, 2×55’ android TV, music system with internet radio, ceiling fan and A/C, easy outdoor access via main door
Villa Onda boasts not one but two large infinity swimming pools with sun deck and sun loungers. There are 24 sun loungers, 3 double sun beds, large hammock and a shaded pergola specially designed for quitter moments surrounded by olive trees.
Why not gather friends and family outdoors and enjoy a BBQ – there is a grand shaded living and dining space that can seat 36 guests. An outdoor kitchen and wood oven can further enhance evening entertainment. A guest WC and shower rooms are also located near the swimming pool.
Not far from Villa Onda, you will find the idyllic beaches of Kalo Livadi, Agia Anna, Lia, Elia, Kalafatis, Ftelia, Agios Sostis, Panormos beach, renowned for numerous water sports activities as well as for their great restaurants such as Solymar and Blue Marlin beach club at Kalo Livadi, Spilia at Agia Anna, Allemagou at Ftelia and Liasti beach club at Lia beach.
