THE EXTERIORS:Â
Villa Le Ro, is a splendid villa in the heart of Porto Rotondo, one of the most important tourist centers in Sardinia. Being in an elevated position, from the house you have a splendid view of the port and the surrounding area, where the green declined in its infinite shades is the protagonist.Â
The Villa is spread over 4 floors, from the upper floors and especially from the Torretta floor you can admire in addition to the breathtaking view of the sea also a lush garden that embellishes the property.Â
The property is accessed through two civic entrances 29 directly from the street, and number 31. Entering from number 29 you walk 17 steps and you arrive at the ground floor of the house, instead entering from number 31 you cross a path and enter directly in the private garden where the swimming pool with the solarium area is located.Â
Adjacent to the garden is the fully equipped outdoor kitchen with burners, brick oven excellent for pizzas and barbecues for grilled meat and fish.Â
Crossing the garden leads to the patio, divided into 2 areas fully equipped with outdoor sofas. Upstairs we have a beautiful double terrace with sea view equipped with tables and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners with friends!Â
The welcoming swimming pool is located within the planted garden and guarantees absolute privacy. The rectangular basin, with a 30 cm wide granite edge, is equipped with a painted concrete ladder for access to the water, measuring 5.00 x 4.00 m with a degrading depth from 120 cm to 150 cm.Â

Entering from the ground floor, therefore from the garden, we have a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a closet, with direct access to the patio, and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub. Through the external staircase, or the internal one, you access the first floor where we find the living area with the fully equipped kitchen and the living room which has direct access to the terraces equipped with tables and chairs, overlooking the garden and the sea. Adjacent to the kitchen we have another double bedroom with independent entrance from the terrace, with en suite bathroom with shower. Going up one floor we find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub, and a balcony from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Port! Finally, in the basement we have a bedroom with 2 single beds with direct and independent access to a small terrace and an adjacent bathroom with shower. In front of the room there is the laundry area with a large pantry.Â
The Villa has the characteristic of having each room with private bathroom and independent entrance which gives great autonomy to the Guests who, while sharing the spaces, do not have to give up their privacy. Â

Porto Rotondo is a natural inlet, included in the north-eastern part of Sardinia. The suggestive beaches surround the district and its tourist port which offers a safe landing place. The territory is divided into three "points": Punta Nuraghe, Punta Volpe, Punta Lada and welcomes, half-hidden by the luxuriant Mediterranean scrub, the Apartments, Residences and prestigious Villas of important figures of culture, fashion, business and politics . Porto Rotondo is a fraction of Olbia, a few kilometers from Golfo Aranci (14 Km), Palau (40 Km), from here the ferries depart for the Archipelago of  Maddalena and the island of Corsica, and Arzachena (28 Km).
Just 15 km away, the city of Olbia which with its port and international airport has further favored the development of the entire Costa Smeralda. At 18 km there is San Pantaleo, a very characteristic town full of local craft shops. About 27 Km from Porto Cervo.
