Villa Luce is a beautiful cliffside villa with swimming pool located on the edge of Letojanni, a renowned seaside resort a few kilometers from Taormina.
This beautiful residence enjoys a scenic panoramic position with breathtaking views of the sea and the bay of Taormina, to be admired in absolute relaxation from the swimming pool and its large terraces.
Refined and elegant, Villa Luce is spread over two levels and has welcoming interiors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with kitchen, opening onto the veranda through large French windows, three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, reachable via a helical staircase or via an external staircase, there is the master bedroom, equipped with a panoramic terrace and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The villa also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
From the house you can reach the nearby beaches of Letojanni, Mazzarò and Isola Bella in a few minutes by car, also easily reachable is Catania and Syracuse, the villages of Etna Park, the Alcantara gorges and the seaside villages of the Riviera dei Ciclopi.
