The double-size sitting room is bright and inviting thanks to several double French doors, and it is perfectly balanced with antiques and modern upholstered furniture, maintaining a fresh and crisp look. A separate formal dining room that sits comfortably 10 people is also available, in case you need or want to share some meals indoor instead of in the garden, in a dedicated al fresco area. A fully equipped modern kitchen, with all you need to prepare good food to enjoy and share with your favorite people, a guest bathroom, and laundry facilities complete this floor.

This Classic-style villa is surrounded by a manicured private garden and a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake and the majestic mountains. The garden with mature vegetation, a statue and even a small flowing water fountain, is the ideal place to unwind, sip your morning coffee, enjoy a dinner al fresco, or a night-cap. Few steps from the garden, a private pool and the furnished sundeck guarantee a perfect tan.

Villa Evania is just a quick 5 min drive to the local village with a handful of restaurants and local stores. Villa D’Este is a 25-minute walk.  The area of Lake Como is abundant in picturesque towns with narrow-cobbled streets with lovely gardens and shops and beautiful views.
