Villa Adria is a three floor waterside retreat and it delivers relaxing vacations for anyone looking for a special place to experience the beauty of Lake Como.  With its own private dock and direct access to the water, a beautiful garden and walking distance to town.

Al fresco dining is a simple pleasure and the terrace on the ground floor of the villa is the ideal place to enjoy your meal thanks to a protective awning and the vicinity to the kitchen. A stone staircase leads down to the fantastic romantic garden and the heated swimming pool set just next to the water. Here you can spend many relaxing hours sunbathing while enjoying the stunning views. The impeccably maintained garden showcases a century old tree that offers generous shade. You won’t find a better place to sip your glass of Prosecco or to finish reading your favorite book.

The villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, satellite Sky TV, DVD player, CD-stereo, washer and dryer, dishwasher, hairdryers, safe, pool table, private pool – heated for a fee, private moor just in front of the villa, direct access to the water, public parking at 100m.

The charming nearby village is just 500 meters away, which places Adria just a short, pleasant walk away from restaurants and shops. The bus stop is 50 meters from the villa and the ferry that takes you around the lake is less than a mile. Ground Floor:
Spacious and modern fully equipped kitchen with generous table for up to 8 people, marble counter top and two beautiful windows giving off amazing amounts of natural lighting.
Gorgeous living room with dining table, antique fireplace, and large glass doors that light up the room naturally and open onto the panoramic terrace.
Lower Floor
Playroom with beautiful lake view, pool table and large plasma sat TV, SKY TV, DVD, and stereo. The laundry room with washer and dryer and a guest bathroom complete this floor.

Housekeeping service: 3 hours on Tuesday and Thursday
Bath linen change on Tuesday
Wi-Fi internet access
Garden and pool maintenance.

NOT INCLUDED
Electricity (incl. A/C), house and pool heating (gas) to be paid as per meter reading.
Additional housekeeping: €25 per hour/per staff member
Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff.
Cost of food and beverages
Pre-stocking service: €50, plus cost of groceries
Telephone charges.
Extra bed (1 max): €300 per week

NOTES
Security Deposit: €3,000.
Mandatory Utilities Deposit: €500 to be remitted upon arrival in cash.
Mandatory Final cleaning: €700 to be remitted upon arrival in cash.
Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
Note: The heated pool needs 24 hours to reach maximum temperature, so advance notice is required.
Non-smoking villa
Pets allowed upon request and subject to owner approval: €150 per week.
Check-in: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm – Check-out by 10:00 am
Late arrival (between 7:00 pm and 12:00 am) to be pre-approved: fee €100.

Normally, there is a minimum stay at this property of 7 nights, but this policy can vary across the different seasons.
