Offering what is undoubtedly the most magnificent ocean view from a commanding position atop Garden Hill; Quinntessential is one of the finest private homes in Jamaica where meticulous attention to detail and designers flourish result in the epitome of sophisticated living without compromise.

The white façade with its light-reflecting glass is a magical combination of contemporary design and the principles of 18th century Georgian symmetrical alignment.

The imposing front door with its graceful fanlight – based upon that at the Tryall Great House – opens into a perfectly square paneled entrance hall. Looking down through the reception room and to the veranda beyond, the magnificent infinity edge pool is in direct alignment with the front door.

Inside or outside, elegant living spaces furnished in crisp white with accents of blues instill relaxation; dine outside on the covered veranda or inside at the elegant round Georgian dining table. The pool terrace is the magnetic draw with the heated saltwater infinity pool and integrated hot tub. As the evening air cools, enjoy drinks from the bar at the fire pit.

Ten guests are accommodated in five bedrooms. The magnificent master suite in the main house comprises a private sitting room, bedroom and terrace with infinity-edge plunge pool. In the adjacent cottage which is a mere four or five steps from the house are three bedrooms, two on the upper level and one downstairs with an adjacent sitting room. The fifth bedroom is privately located adjacent to the pool. All bedrooms face the fabulous ocean panorama; four have king beds and one twin beds which combine to form a king. The exquisite bathrooms are fitted by Waterworks throughout; two have a tub as well as walk-in shower and the remaining three have showers. Anticipate individuality in each bedroom with bespoke furniture custom made for each room.

Outside, a classical white garden surrounds the villa, immaculately maintained and affording wonderful privacy.

Tryall Club Membership Fees

Set on 2,200 acres, The Tryall’s golf course is among the most beautiful in the world.  It's 18 hillside and seaside fairways have been home to the Johnnie Walker, Mazda, and other PGA championship events.  The resident pro offers workshops and private lessons.   The Tryall tennis club features 4 Agile Turf courts and 5 Nova Cushion courts, some lit for night play, with world-class pros on call.  All white attire is required.

The beach is well-planned for parents and children. Have lunch at the beach bar.  Work out in the well-equipped gym and compete in the Usain Bolt Games Room at the Great House. Jog the marked trails. Snorkeling, kayaking and Hobie cat are complimentary.  Glass bottom boats, charter fishing, a boat to the reef, and any captained craft attract various fees.  Enjoy weekly events like a complimentary Manager’s Cocktail Party on Mondays, as well as Beach BBQ and Reggae Night beach parties for an additional fee.

REGISTRATION

When your driver brings you to Tryall, you will check in at the front desk.  You will be asked for your passport as a means of identification.  You will sign a waiver & need to provide a driving license for the use of the complimentary golf carts provided at the villa as well as any additional golf carts you may wish to rent.

A credit card is required at check-in and a credit hold will be placed until check-out for budgetary items & signing privileges (i.e., groceries, restaurant dining, golf, and activities).

The Tryall Club will charge your credit card or take a cash payment for the Temporary Membership Dues of US$195.50 per person per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$39.10 per person per day for stays of less than 7 days; a discount of 50% applies to children who are ages 13-15 years old.  Children 12 years and younger are complimentary.

Rooms are for priced for double occupancy only. Extra guests may be approved, and an extra guest fee may be applied.

Security Deposit Details

The Tryall Club will collect a security deposit. If no damage occurs, your security deposit will be refunded and credited to your account.
