Sunset is a beautiful five-bedroom villa that sits on the edge of the Caribbean Sea with a private beach offering the perfect escape for all those who love waterside living.
Breathtaking vistas of Montego Bay and Jamaica’s spectacular coastline greet guests from all areas of the villa and the private beach, waterfront fire-pit and proximity to the championship golf course make for an unrivaled location.
The bedrooms are all air conditioned with private en suite bathrooms. Four of the five bathrooms have attached outside showers. The large sea and pool facing master bedroom has a king bed. All other bedrooms are furnished with twin beds which may be combined as kings if required. A further two bedrooms are in an ocean facing cottage with views across the sea to Montego Bay.
The very spacious and brightly decorated living room opens onto a fabulous view of the sea. It has a wet bar, cable television and CD/DVD player. Doors lead out to the veranda and the perimeter overflow pool beyond with lap lane and hot tub.
The villa staff comprises of a Butler, Cook, Housekeeper, Laundress and Gardener.
REGISTRATION
When your driver brings you to Tryall, you will check in at the front desk. You will be asked for your passport as a means of identification. You will sign a waiver & need to provide a driving license for the use of the complimentary golf carts provided at the villa as well as any additional golf carts you may wish to rent.
The Tryall Club can set up an account for your stay. A credit card is required at check-in and a credit hold will be placed until check-out for budgetary items & signing privileges (i.e., groceries, restaurant dining, golf, and activities).
The Tryall Club will charge your credit card or take a cash payment for the Temporary Membership Dues of US$195.50 per person per week for each guest 16 years and over, or US$39.10 per person per day for stays of less than 7 days; a discount of 50% applies to children who are ages 13-15 years old. Children 12 years and younger are complimentary.
Rate Policies
A 7-night, full-house rate is required for all holiday weeks which include Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Security Deposit Details
The Tryall Club will collect a security deposit. If no damage occurs, your security deposit will be refunded and credited to your account.
